Point is, those passives pretty much just provide +5 splinters per breach on average. That pair of passives double the spawn rate and effectively triples the splinter drops per boss (10 -> 20 splinters, and 10% chance at a breachstone is effectively 10 splinters on average), meaning now on the long term average you get 30 splinters per boss at a 20% spawn rate, or 6 splinters per breach due to bosses. The entire passive is useless compared to the previous Lira one that guaranteed 10 rares.ДЇrom my experience with Breach, bosses seem to have a natural 10% chance to spawn, and drop 10 splinters if you beat them, meaning breaches in the long term average out to providing just one splinter due to bosses.
